Three Writers, Three Visions

A lecture by Professor Randy Boyagoda, Principal of the University of St Michael's College.

This talk, from USMC's new Gilson Seminar in Faith and Ideas, will explore how three writers -

Gerard Manley Hopkins, Ayad Akhtar, and Gyorgy Spiro - evoke beauty in the natural world. Whether in poetry, plays or novels, each author's vision is seen as inspired and formed by their Catholic, Islamic and Jewish faith traditions.
