Newman Centre - Street Patrol

Event Date:
Friday, October 20, 2017 - 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Hosted by U of T Newman Catholic Students' Club

The land will never lack for needy persons; that is why I command you: "Open your hand freely to your poor and to your needy kin in your land" (Deut. 15.11).

The Newman Catholic Student's Club aims to fulfill these words of the bible by hosting this monthly street patrol.

The street patrol involves handing out sandwich bags and other donated items, while having memorable conversations with the poor and needy on the streets of downtown Toronto.

Your participaton will be greatly appreciated.
