THEOLOGY ON TAP: From Disconnection to Reconnection – Human Relationships in Action
Event Date:
Monday, October 24, 2016 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm

All young adults (19-39) are invited to join us for an evening of thought-provoking conversation on theological topics!
Special guest: Zachary Grant, Community Organizer, and Program Director, Ministry for Social Justice, Peace and Care of Earth – Sisters of St. Joseph of Paris.
Zachary has been a key organiser in community justice initiatives, with his most recent work focusing on repealing HIV criminalization in Canada, and building community based HIV support initiatives.
He will be giving us background on industrial resource extraction and its impacts on the land, our communities, and our identities. Following the stories of grassroots struggles against extractive ideology, we will learn about the transformative power of deepening fellowship and reconnecting with our essential selves.
Thank you to Holy Rosary Parish for sponsoring the food at this event!
Munchies provided, cash bar available — come and bring a friend!
