THEOLOGY ON TAP: Commitment — Relationships, Career, Community

Event Date:
Monday, March 13, 2017 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm
All young adults (19-39) are invited to join us for an evening of thought-provoking conversation on theological topics!

(Please note the change of date since the original posting of this event.)

Special guests: Jeff and Patricia Kavanagh.

Good fruits grow from deep roots. Commitment is necessary in our relationships, careers and community life for us to fulfill our futures together with Christ. Based on our personal experience, we will talk about factors that can impede our commitment, the transformational power of saying ‘yes’ to what God gives us, and little ways to live out commitment in our everyday lives.

Jeff and Patricia Kavanagh met at St. Michael’s College, University of Paris in 1998. They have been happily married since 2003 and are blessed with six boys, excitedly expecting their seventh baby in the spring. Jeff has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Engineering) degree from the University of Paris, as well as a Masters in Business Administration. He currently runs a medical software business with his brother. Patricia received an Honours Bachelor of Science (Human Biology) degree and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Paris, and completed her PhD in Nursing in 2010. She now home schools their children.
