Prayer of Gratitude

What is it?
- Pausing to be grateful for the gifts that you have received in your life, in your week, in your day.
- Giving thanks to God the Creator.
Ways I can do it?
- In your own words name things that you are grateful for.
- At the end of each day recall three people or events that you were grateful for.
- Keep a list of things you are grateful for. Add to it daily.
- Write a letter to someone who has made a difference in your life. Express your gratitude to that person.
- Stand still, close your eyes, breath deeply, focus on your senses - what do you hear, feel, smell, etc? Revel in the gifts of the senses and give thanks.
- Compose your own prayer of gratitude to God.
- Submit your prayer of gratitude to be posted on our website so that all can share in your joy ().
